Registration

Registration for new members will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please click the registration tab for details.

Payment Methods

We have an online credit card payment option. Anyone selecting this option will pay a $5.00 per registration convenience fee so that the TAZ can recoup the cost of offering this service. As in the past, checks are always accepted with no additional fee. Checks should be mailed to the PO Box.

Participation Requirement

All swimmers must “splash” (participate) in a minimum of 3 meets during the current season in order to be eligible for priority registration the next year. Although not required, all swimmers are expected and encouraged to participate in the Championship Meet at the end of the season. This is the culmination of the season….. it's what swimmers work toward all summer!

Mandatory for ALL NEW 6&Under swimmers and RETURNING JUNIOR TAZ swimmers

Ready Bench Requirement

All 6&Under, 7/8, and 9/10 swimmers from all teams must report to a joint ready bench. Any family with a 10&Under swimmer is required to fill a minimum of one ready bench shift during the season.

Team Suits & Team Caps

TAZ team colors are navy blue and gold.

Our team suit from 2012 has been discontinued. Because of this, 2013 will be year one of a two-year suit cycle (that means we have a new suit for 2013). The suit is navy blue with a gold check pattern and swim caps will be gold. This is the team uniform. If your swimmer elects to wear a cap, they must wear the gold TAZ cap.

Suits should fit tightly, not baggy or loose. Boys may choose jammer or racer style suits. All swimmers (girls AND boys) are encouraged to wear the gold TAZ Team cap. Team suits are usually worn at Mock Meet and Dual meets only. Using practice suits for practice will prolong the life of your team suit.

Suits are available for purchase from the team store on the TAZ website. Sizing suits will be available at Parent Night and on the pool deck during the first week of practice. Please have your swimmer try on a sizing suit OVER his/her practice suite BEFORE getting wet.

Personalized TAZ swim caps (with swimmers last name) are available for order. Order forms are available on the website (click the Documents tab), at Parent Night and on deck during the first week of practice.

TAZ Times Newsletter

TAZ Times, our weekly newsletter, will be sent to all members via email each week. The newsletter will also be posted on the website. TAZ Times and the website are our primary means of communicating with team members.
